DECRETO Nº 061 DE 2012 (ABRIL 25) LEY SECA EN VILLA DEL ROSARIO

POR MEDIO DE LA CUAL SE ADOPTAN MEDIDAS DE CONTROL PARA PRESERVAR EL ORDEN PUBLICO Y LA SEGURIDAD EN EL MUNICIPIO DE VILLA DEL ROSARIO DURANTE LOS COMICIOS DEL 29 DE ABRIL DE 2012 PARA ELEGIR JUNTAS DE ACCION COMUNAL. EL ALCALDE DE VILLA DEL ROSARIO, en uso de sus facultades constitucionales y legales, en especial, las contempladas en numeral 2º del art 315 numeral 1 de la constitución política de Colombia, articulo 9 de la ley 136 de 1994, Decreto 3569 de septiembre de 2011.
